Cherie Renee Bolton, 34, of Siloam Springs, pleaded guilty in the Benton County Circuit Court last week and will have to register as a sex offender and pay roughly $2,000 in fines, KFSM-TV reported. The suspect admitted to distributing or possessing child pornography and filing a false police report. The judge ruling over the case, Brad Karren, decided Bolton will have to serve the full six-year sentence. In March, she pleaded not guilty after prosecutors alleged she attempted to frame her partner....

Frances Santiago and her husband, Efrain Santiago, had been flying the Puerto Rico flag at their home in Kissimmee, Florida for about three weeks when the letter from the HOA arrived, Frances told WFTV. Frances told the television station that the flag was placed outside their home when protests began in Puerto Rico in July....
