“I need to go back on vacation. I didn’t realize we were dragging one night into three weeks smh,” the 32-year-old wrote Sunday, sharing a picture of herself on a wave runner. She added hashtags like “Leave Me Alone” and “Walk One Day in My Shoes.”

Since the explosive episode aired, Jay, a 20-year-old tattoo artist from Jamaica, has made his Instagram private.

For those who didn’t see, Ashley kicked Jay out of her house after finding out that he cheated on her with another woman. She packed up his things in garbage bags. Once he came to retrieve his items, a verbal altercation occurred. Ashley berated him for cheating, calling him disgusting and many other colorful four-letter words.

“You’re fking disgusting and you’re full of st. … I hope your dick shrivels off and you fking rot in hell and fking die,” she said. “Way to use someone for a green card.”

She literally pushed him out of her house and then called the police when he didn’t leave her property. Authorities helped remove Jay from her block, but they didn’t get in contact with immigration because the incident happened at midnight. Ashley promised they would be her first phone call in the morning.

Jay cried while the police were there, but he had a different attitude when talking to the TLC cameras. “I can simply go and find someone else, marry someone else and stay in the U.S. if I want. Simple. So don’t feel like you’re f**king God where I have to kiss your ass,” he said after she called the authorities.

Before the episode aired, Ashley lamented about how the night went down. “I regret what happens but when you’re the in heat of the moment and feel your whole world crumbling down around you, sometimes you make poor decisions. I’m human,” she wrote on Sunday.

She might be specifically referring to throwing a fire extinguisher through Jay’s window, though she said she “more like catapulted it.”

“Don’t come and take my passport and other belongings when I’m about to leave for vacay,” she wrote. “I will break things.”

Ashley tried to defend herself. “When you the whole world is going to watch how you react you try to hold it together,” she wrote. “Phone is easy. In person I, unfortunately… well, just watch…”

During an interview with blogger John Yates last week, Ashley claimed she would be attending a hearing about Jay’s immigration status on August 7."[Immigration and Customs Enforcement] has already been here to arrest him," she told Yates. “They know where he works… I mean, obviously, if they come to my house at this point, I’m gonna tell them where he’s at. So I’m not sure why he’s still sticking around because we got a letter three weeks ago saying he has an active warrant for his arrest.”
