Busch beat Austin Dillon in overtime. Busch and Dillon are in the field for Saturday’s Sprint Cup race, the Quaker State 400, which begins about 7:30 p.m. ET.

It was a typical Xfinity win for Busch, leading 185 of 201 laps in the Alsco 300.
The key lesson from Friday night: Use the outside lane when racing side by side. Erik Jones showed Busch that trick, and Busch in turn used it to beat Dillon to the finish line by less than half a second.
