Dalton threw an interception on second-and-goal on the Bengals’ first possession of the second half, a pick by Steelers defensive end Stephon Tuitt. Dalton then headed to the locker room for further evaluation and was ruled out for the rest of the game.

Dalton re-appeared on the Bengals’ sideline with a hard cast on his right hand.
No timetable has been announced for Dalton’s recovery, but coach Marvin Lewis said after the game his quarterback would be “out for a bit,” per NFL.com.
Backup QB A.J. McCarron took over for the Bengals and completed 22 of 32 pass attempts for 280 yards, two touchdowns and and two picks in the loss.
