The legislation, House Bill 2161, would revoke certifications of teachers that don’t tell parents everything about a student’s health. The bill specifically bars withholding information that is “relevant to the physical, emotional or mental health of the parent’s child,” specifically mentioning the “purported gender identity,” of the student or a student’s request to transition if the identity “is incongruous with the student’s biological sex.” The bill would also allow parents to sue school districts if they discover information about the child was not reported....

Humane Borders is an organization that sets up water stations in the Arizona desert on routes used by migrants to cross the border. The group also works with Pima County chief medical examiner Dr. Gre Hess to document the discovery of bodies of those who died on the journey. Davon Durant, a highly touted linebacker, was arrested March 7 in Tempe, Ariz., after he was accused of hitting his girlfriend in the face and grabbing her around her neck while sitting in a black SUV.
